Interest and Focus

My research thread focuses on the intersections of higher education support, workforce learning and development, human resources, and emerging technologies. This interdisciplinary approach comes from my own experiences as a scholar and practitioner in post-secondary education, and observing similar challenges and opportunities learning organizations and individuals face to sustain and thrive. By examining digital communities of practice and organizational culture,  I have begun to identify areas of knowledge transfer, professional development, and personal support. In looking at the future of digital and social learning, I hope my work will contribute to a better understanding how networks support informal/formal learning, impact organizational change, and consider ideas for evidence-based practice in for learning. Please feel free to review a list of my scholarly work on the Publication page or via my ORCHID or ResearchGate accounts.
